Shipping policy

Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same day, orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays are dispatched on the following working day. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 48 hour service or next working day courier depending on the size of the consignment. Despite goods being sent from here very promptly, orders sent using the Royal Mail 48 hour service should arrive within two days (excluding Sunday). Orders delivered by next working day courier will require a signature on delivery.

UK Postage & Packing

Carriage is FREE for orders over £50.00 exc VAT, sent to a single UK address, but please note that this order limit is AFTER any discounts or vouchers have been deducted. For orders below this amount there is a standard £4.00 charge per order.   

A next working day delivery service is available if required, there is a standard charge of £4.50 for orders under £50.00 exc VAT per order. PLEASE NOTE: Any order placed on a Friday selecting the Next Day service will be delivered on the next working day – this will usually be the Monday except during UK Bank Holidays when deliveries will be a day later. 

Please note that any orders being shipped to the Highlands and Islands can take up to 48 hours to arrive and will incur a surcharge when using DPD.
